This policy explains what personal data ViMark Finance Ltd processes through this website, why, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

What data we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
When you visit the site: technical data (IP address, browser type, page requested) processed by our hosting provider for security and content delivery.
Anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics — collected without cookies and in a way that does not identify you.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use the form data solely to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries; where indicated, your consent.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with (processors)
To run the site we use carefully chosen providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and protection), Resend (delivery of form emails), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection) and a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Umami). They process data only on our instructions.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism recognised under the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our correspondence, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email audit@vimarkfinance.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) — www.cpdp.bg.
